Editorial Policy

StablePay Guide publishes beginner education about cryptocurrency payments, wallets, stablecoins, account security and exchange onboarding. Each page should answer one defined reader question without pretending that a general guide can decide an individual legal, tax or financial matter.

Original work and reader value

Guides must add a usable explanation, decision method, worked example or troubleshooting path. We do not publish copied tutorials, invented case studies, fabricated data, fake quotations or simulated product screens presented as real.

Translations may share the same verified facts, but they should be edited for the target language and local context rather than mirror the source sentence by sentence.

Research and sources

Time-sensitive claims should be checked against first-party product documentation, issuers, network documentation or regulators. A forum post, search suggestion or third-party article can identify a question, but it is not sufficient evidence for current fees, availability, regulation or account requirements.

Each guide should make clear when information was reviewed. Live account screens and current official notices take priority over an older screenshot or an undated summary.

Automated and AI-assisted work

Automated tools may assist with outlining, drafting, translation, consistency checks and mechanical audits. They are not treated as factual sources. Claims, links, screenshots and numerical examples must still be checked against the cited evidence, and publication requires approval by the site owner.

We do not use automation to invent first-hand experience, author credentials, test results or quotations.

Screenshots and privacy

Product-operation guides use genuine public interfaces or system screenshots. Images must not expose account IDs, emails, phone numbers, tokens, cookies, private URLs, identity documents or unrelated balances. A screenshot should show the fields needed for the step and state when the interface may have changed.

Financial, legal and commercial boundaries

We do not promise returns, recommend evading identity or regional controls, or present education as personalized advice. Affiliate or referral relationships must be disclosed and cannot remove risk warnings or the need to compare alternatives.

Bylines and expertise

Current trust pages use site-level attribution. This label does not claim that the page was written or reviewed by a licensed financial, legal, tax or cybersecurity professional. Named authors, reviewers and credentials will be shown only after they can be verified.

Corrections and updates

When a material error is identified, we revise the existing guide, its supporting source or its review note rather than publishing a near-duplicate. Send correction requests to [email protected] and identify the page, disputed statement and supporting evidence. Never send passwords, one-time codes, seed phrases, private keys, identity documents or banking credentials.
