This Ethereum.org guide explains how block explorers expose public blockchain data. Use an explorer that matches the actual network, then compare the transaction hash, status, sender, destination, token contract, amount, block and fee.

A public explorer does not require a wallet connection, seed phrase or private key. A successful on-chain result also does not prove that a centralized exchange has credited an account; check the receiving service separately.
